Motion, emotion and motivation are all closely connected to one another, and the common denominator they all share is their relationship to energy. God is the source of all energy. God is consciousness (thought), energy (physicality), and intellect (will). God, who constitutes the universe, is either in a balanced energetic state of being , or in the process of balancing itself. The more contented and relaxed you are, the less movement there is on your part. The more discontented and dissatisfied you are, the more movement there is by you.
People are energy and so they follow the laws as they apply to energy. All energy is either at rest (static), because it is balanced, or in motion (dynamic), because it is out of balance. Electrical current only flows because it is seeking to balance itself energetically. Emotion is the energetic movement away from a balanced state, toward fear or love.
Motivating people is accomplished by an energetic increase as a result of experiencing a new desire, causing a person to move out of a static state of contentment, and into a higher dynamic energetic state of discontentment. This unbalanced energetic state, will try to re-balance itself through the acquisition of the desire, as long as the energy of the desire is held in the mind.
Losing your focus of thought about your desire, reduces your energy level, which causes the imbalance to lessen. Without maintaining the focus on your desire, which maintains your energy level of discontentment, you will return to a static state of energy balance, characterized by contentment and relaxation. You will have lost your momentum and motivation toward your goal.
From this information you can now see that motivation is rarely a one time process but is indeed something you must do continually, in order to keep life from balancing your energies before you reach your goal. Goal acquisition is the preferred method of balancing your energy.
This information also eludes as to why a God who is unified energy, can appear to be a static God, implying no thought, because thought causes energy to move. It also explains why a God who thinks, and causes movement as a result of thought energy, can be a dynamic God.
