In order for there to be a common agreement amongst individuals that form a group, there must be a common understanding, and in order to achieve that goal, the information which provides a working foundation for the belief system of a group, must not be beyond the comprehension capabilities, of all the members of that group.

Therefore, the more members which comprise the totality of the group, the more simplistic that information and those beliefs must become, in order to meet all the needs of that group and the goals of it’s leadership.

Only when you break out of the need to achieve total agreement and harmony amongst the members of a group, do you become free to entertain concepts and information that might be above the level of understanding and acceptability, by other group members.
